All prices are monthly, billed in advance, and exclude VAT. Growth and Scale monthly billing is 20% above the annual rate.
Evaluating a supported device? Developer includes test data only and 10,000 API requests per month (hard cap). You can test Bluetooth discovery and measurement handling with a physical device using the Native SDK. Live ingestion through the Ovok IoT Service requires setup with the Ovok team. Read the Bluetooth guide or ask about live-device setup.
Choosing Growth or Scale? Based on monitored-patient pricing, Growth's annual rate is lower through 821 patients; Scale is lower from 822. At 1,000 patients, annual pricing is €6,000 on Scale vs. €7,250 on Growth (€1,250/month less). With monthly billing, the crossover is about 936 patients.
For early-stage teams
A lower first step into production.
Eligible startups receive 50% off Growth for the first 12 months. Companies must be under three years old and have raised less than €2 million. On annual billing, that is €1,000 per month for the first year.
Dedicated deployment
A single-tenant Ovok stack.
Dedicated deployments start at €29,500 per month and include 5,000 monitored patients. Host the stack in Ovok's AWS Frankfurt account or in your AWS account.

How patient pricing works
The per-patient price is for monitoring.
A monitored patient has Signals monitoring and at least one Signals evaluation in a calendar month. Each included monitored patient covers readings from one supported device.
A patient record by itself is FHIR data, not a monitored patient. The first connected device is included with a monitored patient; a second device, or a device on a patient without Signals, costs €2 per month.
Signals is MDR Class IIa. That status applies to Signals; Ovok itself is not a certified product.
